My lungs feel constricted, and my throat hurts. I think I'm sick, but it's just kind of chilling, not getting any worse. Hopefully if I rest lots and keep taking my vitamins and eating good, it'll go away. My quads felt better, still a little heavy. I did tissue work, so hopefully that helps. 10 100's at 800 pace, then 5 1000s around 3:28 to 3:33. Tuesday I could not get my legs to move during the workout. I can't figure out why I felt so bad all of a sudden, and I'm afraid something similar will happen tomorrow. I'm just afraid coach will get mad at me. It just doesn't make sense. I haven't done anything differently. Was it just a fluke, or is it the beginning of a long-term problem? I just don't want tomorrow to happen, but at the same time I want it over with so I know. Even if I'm iron deficient or something, I can take care of that, so there is no reason to freak out.
