Today wasn't bad, 8 mile grass loops. My quads still feel heavy, though. I'm nervous about tomorrow. Tuesday I could not get my legs to move during the workout. I can't figure out why I felt so bad all of a sudden, and I'm afraid something similar will happen tomorrow. I'm just afraid coach will get mad at me. It just doesn't make sense. I haven't done anything differently. Was it just a fluke, or is it the beginning of a long-term problem? I just don't want tomorrow to happen, but at the same time I want it over with so I know. Even if I'm iron deficient or something, I can take care of that, so there is no reason to freak out. I just have to remind myself to stay calm, and there will always be highs and lows in running, you just have to roll with the punches.
