I was still a bit tired today, but loads better than Tuesday. My lungs feel constricted, and my throat hurts. I think I'm sick, but it's just kind of chilling, not getting any worse. Hopefully if I rest lots and keep taking my vitamins and eating good, it'll go away. My quads felt better, still a little heavy. I did tissue work, so hopefully that helps. 10 100's at 800 pace, then 5 1000s around 3:28 to 3:33.
